Supporting Adult Learners Across Our Community

Supporting Adult Learners Across Our Community

As 2025 comes to a close, the Morgan Hill Community Adult School (MHCAS) is bustling with activity, planning for the new year, and continuing to offer transformative opportunities for the adults in our community. We are proud to be a resource for lifelong learning and career growth in MHUSD.

Spotlight: The Renaissance Entrepreneurship Program
Our partnership with the Renaissance Entrepreneurship Center is in full swing. Each Thursday evening from 6:00–8:00 PM, adults gather for our weekly business class, covering practical topics to help launch and grow their ventures.
Recent Topic: “Prepárate para tus impuestos” (Prepare for Your Taxes) – a bilingual workshop providing essential knowledge for small business owners and entrepreneurs.
Coming in January: A free series of business classes and workshops in English and Spanish will launch. Help us spread the word to aspiring entrepreneurs. View the program flyers here.

Student-Centered Planning for 2026
To ensure our programs best serve our learners, our Principal and Counselor met with students this month to introduce and gather feedback on a new Student Profile system. This tool will help us better understand goals and tailor support, making CAS even more responsive to our community’s needs.

Looking Ahead: Save the Date
The planning committee is already hard at work for one of our biggest events of the year:
CAS Career Fair: Wednesday, May 7, 2026. Mark your calendars. This is a fantastic opportunity for adult learners and community members to connect with local employers and explore career pathways.

Your Journey Starts Here: Ongoing Enrollment
It’s always the right time to invest in yourself. Enrollment is ongoing for our core programs:
ESL Classes: Four levels to meet learners at every stage of English proficiency.
High School Diploma: Three flexible pathways to fit your schedule and help you reach your goal.
Explore all our programs in the CAS Brochure here.
